Miscellaneous

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions or your actual state or country of residence.  The parties agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Kings County, State of New York for any dispute with the Law Office of Mary T. Dempsey, P.C.  Should any part of the Agreement be held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed consistent with applicable law and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
